Effective Date: August 30, 2026
Welcome to TechSuites™. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, access to, and use of TechSuites memberships, software features, services, training, support, add-ons, and related resources (“Services”).
By purchasing, activating, accessing, or using TechSuites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
TechSuites is a business technology platform providing access to tools that may include customer relationship management (CRM), websites, funnels, workflows and automation, email marketing, calendars, pipelines, forms, surveys, communities, client portals, advertising tools, AI-powered features, and other business technology.
Available features depend upon the TechSuites membership level selected.
Current membership levels may include:
TechSuites reserves the right to improve, modify, replace, add, discontinue, or restructure features as the platform and underlying technologies evolve, provided such changes are handled in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.
TechSuites is primarily a do-it-yourself business platform with training and support.
Purchasing a TechSuites membership does not automatically include custom setup, implementation, or done-for-you services.
Done-for-you or custom services may be offered separately and may include:
Separately purchased services may be governed by an additional agreement, scope of work, invoice, or service terms.
Membership fees are charged according to the Suite selected at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, TechSuites memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions.
Your subscription will automatically renew and the payment method on file will be charged at each applicable billing interval until the membership is canceled in accordance with these Terms.
Prices may change for future purchases or renewals upon legally required notice. Promotional, founding, grandfathered, or specially negotiated pricing may be subject to separate conditions disclosed at enrollment.
A $197 one-time TechSuites Activation Fee applies to applicable new TechSuites memberships unless expressly waived or modified in writing.
The Activation Fee may cover:
The Activation Fee does not include custom implementation or done-for-you services.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Activation Fee is non-refundable once account provisioning or activation work has begun.
AI Employee is a separate optional premium upgrade and is not automatically included with a core TechSuites membership unless expressly stated in a specific offer.
Available options may include:
AI Employee is licensed separately for each applicable TechSuites account/location.
AI functionality may be subject to fair-use policies, technical limitations, acceptable-use requirements, provider policies, and changes in underlying technology.
Additional AI, voice, telephone, communication, or usage-related charges may apply where disclosed.
Access to a feature does not necessarily mean unlimited consumption or usage of that feature at no additional cost.
Separate usage-based or metered charges may apply to services including:
You are responsible for charges generated through your account and for monitoring activity by authorized users.
Certain SMS, telephone, Voice AI, and calling features require an eligible TechSuites business phone number and may require registration, verification, carrier approval, or other regulatory compliance.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable telecommunications, marketing, privacy, consent, and anti-spam laws.
TechSuites does not authorize unlawful, unsolicited, deceptive, or non-compliant communications.
Certain TechSuites membership levels may provide access to integrated advertising management technology.
Access to Ads Manager or similar advertising tools does not mean TechSuites will create, manage, optimize, fund, or monitor advertising campaigns on your behalf.
Advertising strategy, setup, creative services, and management may be purchased separately. Advertising spend is the customer's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
You may cancel your TechSuites recurring membership to prevent future renewal charges.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for previously paid membership fees, activation fees, usage charges, add-ons, or completed services, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under a written refund policy.
Access may continue through the end of the billing period already paid for unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for canceling before their next renewal date if they do not wish to be charged for another billing cycle.
Certain customers may receive founding, promotional, grandfathered, or privately negotiated membership rates.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer, a special recurring rate remains available only while the qualifying membership remains continuously active and in good standing.
If membership is canceled, terminated for nonpayment, or otherwise lapses, reactivation may be subject to then-current TechSuites pricing.
Special rates are not transferable unless TechSuites expressly approves the transfer in writing.
Due to the digital nature of TechSuites, account provisioning, software access, and immediately available resources, payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable access, activation, billing period, or service has been provided, except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for:
You may not sell, sublicense, share, duplicate, exploit, or provide unauthorized access to TechSuites accounts or proprietary resources.
TechSuites may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
TechSuites reserves the right to restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, other users, third-party providers, or the public, or to comply with applicable law.
TechSuites may rely upon or integrate with third-party technology providers, payment processors, communication providers, artificial intelligence services, advertising platforms, APIs, and other external services.
Third-party services may experience outages, policy changes, limitations, pricing changes, or discontinuation beyond TechSuites' reasonable control.
TechSuites does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.
TechSuites provides technology, systems, tools, education, and support.
TechSuites does not guarantee:
Results depend on numerous factors including your market, offer, implementation, marketing, customer service, decisions, and use of the platform.
The TechSuites name, branding, training, documentation, templates, proprietary materials, designs, systems, and original content are owned by or licensed to TechSuites and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Membership provides a limited right to use applicable TechSuites resources for authorized business purposes. It does not transfer ownership of TechSuites intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TechSuites and its owners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use TechSuites.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
TechSuites may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.
The updated effective date will be displayed when appropriate, and additional notice will be provided where required by law.
Questions regarding these Terms & Conditions may be submitted through the official TechSuites support or contact channels displayed on the TechSuites website.
